BALI
Bali, also known as Paradise Island of Indonesia, is a culture-rich island known for its beautiful beaches, traditional Indonesian spa, and famous attraction for activities such as surfing, parasailing, and many other water sports. Denpasar is the capital city of Bali province.
We visited Bali in June 2008. Jimbaran is known for its sumptuous seafood meal on the beach. We stayed at Nikko Resort in Nusa Dua, and visited places like Ubud, Kintamani (where we had lunch on the hill overlooking the volcano), Gunung Batur, Kuta, Tanah Lot, several oldest Pura, and various places of silver, batik, painting artworks and sculpture making.
